In the event of a border or hotel closure or lockdown, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice.
Cancellation conditions
- Up to 3 months before arrival: Cancellable free of charge
- 3 months - 1 month before arrival: Cancellation fee 40% of the booking value
- 1 month - 1 week before arrival: Cancellation fee 70% of the booking value
- Within the last week and in case of early departure: Cancellation costs 90% of the booking value
As soon as we hear about your cancellation, we will try to rent out the flats that have become available. Depending on how short-term this happens, this sometimes works better, sometimes worse. In any case, you only pay for the days that are actually no longer rented out!
Book cancellation protection
It is not uncommon for things to turn out differently than you think and the booked holiday has to be cancelled or prematurely interrupted. We would like to spare you the associated costs and hassle. We therefore recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung (incl. free Covid cover).
